I had total knee replacement surgery, and I was prescribed physical therapy in home for the first 2 weeks. I was lucky to get Dusty as my therapist as he was very knowledgeable about the surgery, the after care, and he actually worked on my knee on the day after surgery!
The last time I had total knee replacement surgery, the therapist—from a different company—never touched my knee. She just followed me around as I did my exercises. It took me much longer to get my range of motion.
At my orthopedic appt yesterday, the Dr was very pleased with my ROM and
progress, and I attributed it to Dusty and the in-home PT I received the first 2 weeks after surgery!
Dusty was professional, empathetic, caring, and great at his profession. I feel blessed to have lucked out to get him and his company as my provider.
I highly recommend Aviator Home Health!

Aviator Home Health was assigned by our orthopedic surgeon for home health care for my husband. After shoulder replacement surgery they were so responsive to the post op care. From intake, to the after hours RN who was so helpful to us during a concern about the surgical site. The physical therapists Chris and owner, Dusty were so knowledgeable with the stages of recovery. It is such a pleasure to see professionals who literally make such a huge impact for their patients. Aviator Home Health really helps the doctor's by being in the field and communicating with them to maximize recovery for the patient.

This past summer, I was diagnosed with a serious infection in my hip prosthesis. My treatment required two initial surgeries, one to remove the prosthesis and another to replace it with a temporary antibiotic hip while I also received 6 weeks of intravenous antibiotics. When I had completed the antibiotics and another hip aspiration showed that there was no longer bacteria in the joint, I underwent yet another hip surgery to receive another permanent hip prosthesis. As you can imagine, this whole process was a very long and difficult one for me. I am writing to make you aware of what an outstanding job one of your employees, Shaun Weber, is doing, and how much he helped me during my recovery process.
Shaun was my in home physical therapist during my treatment and recovery process. He came to visit me in early August soon after I was released from the hospital after my initial two surgeries. From the very beginning he was very professional and knowledgeable, but also very kind and compassionate. He patiently helped me work through my fears to do the exercises that I needed to do in order to build and maintain my strength while I was wearing a brace and receiving my intravenous antibiotics during the eight weeks that I waited and prepared for my final surgery. After the final surgery, he was in my home again encouraging me and helping me through my many challenges, especially during those first six weeks after the surgery when I was not able to put weight on my injured hip. Shaun continued working with me until mid December when I was finally able to be released to out patient physical therapy.
Shaun was always very dependable, he always arrived exactly when he was scheduled to arrive. When I had questions or concerns he usually could provide me with answers that made sense to me, and provided me with the reassurance I needed. If he did not have an answer for me, he was quick to contact my doctor and get the answer that I needed from him. Most of all, Shaun was always very conscientious and caring, and he became a very good friend to me and to my family. He was a huge help to me during my recovery process and your company is very fortunate to have him working for you!

I had the pleasure of meeting Marni, Sr Account Manager with Aviator Home Health today and was so impressed with her knowledge and resources! With so many home health companies to chose from - it's hard to know who you can trust. I can say I would trust Marni and Aviator with my own family!

Being "homebound" is tough enough for a community-driven participant, connector and advocate such as myself. So to that I am grateful for Aviator Home Health on several levels.
Thankful for the compassionate care and discernment of my nurse caseworker Amanda Simpson. From the very first time I met her, I saw that this was more than a job for her. I learned that caring for the well-being of her patients is a fervent passion that extends into the wee hours of the morning and does not end at the typical workday close, for which I personally am more than grateful. And the other nurses who I have seen have executed wonderful care and attentiveness. Even though I have never met the Anna, Aviator Home Health Director of Nursing, I have heard nothing but glowing reports about her. And this Does matter to me.
Home Health Aide Elaine is remarkably stellar at her responsibilities to me. She diligently works with me to again be able to independently achieve the task of personal care. Elaine is truly a perfect match for me and I believe any other person whose require her services.
Jason and Bailee COTA, my physical and occupational therapists, who I see a combined total of 5 days a week have far surpassed what my surgeon thought I could achieve in home health PT and OT! I can hardly wait to show him my results and to proudly advocate for this home health care system to the Texas Orthopedic Special Group and other health care providers.
Jen and Glenn, PT and OT lead evaluators demonstrate personal care and a desire for me to succeed in their assessments of my situation to guide treatment execution to meet their goals as well as my personal goals to again be totally functional within my home, in my church and the community.
Now I would be remiss to not disclose some unpleasantries in encounters along the way. However, to those very few instances that I applaud the attentiveness and immediate corrective actions in re-pairing me with care professionals with whom I could have greater success. Quite honestly, I did not expect that to happen because I expressed sincere concerns, not complaints. I figured it was going to be a situation which I would have to suck up and grin and bear. So those less pleasantries were turned around for the benefit of my good with graceful poise of professionalism. The takeaway there is, "What Aviator Home Health Care does not know, they cannot fix." And they are truly committed to healthy outcomes of empowerment not only a return to the life I lead before, but to exceed in going beyond

My name is Vicki, and I am 74 years old and had a hip replacement. My orthopedic doctor set me up with Aviator. Matt Hancock was my inhome therapist, and I could not have had a better therapist. He was firm, but very encouraging and understanding. You can tell that he really cares about his patients. Because of his guidance, I am almost back to my normal self 8 weeks later. If I ever need inhome care again (and I'm sure I will), Aviator will be the place I call, and will definitely request Matt. Oh yes, I have a German Shepherd and she doesn't warm up to people very much, but she instantly liked Matt and looked forward to his visits every time. A dog can sense good people.

Joseph is amazing!!
I had a total knee replacement; Joseph is kind and compassionate. He pushes me just enough to ensure I am gaining strength, mobility, stability and endurance.
My time with home-health physical therapy will come to and end soon as I begin outpatient.
I will miss working with Joseph; I trust Joseph 100% with my recovery, and hope my outbound PT is as good as Joseph.

Had a full hip replacement and when I got home Aviator sent me a great PTA, Ashley. She was always on time, she challenged me, but never let me overdo. I was discharged after a month from Home Healthcare and everyone I see says they are amazed at how well I am doing. I credit Ashley with so much of my successful rehabilitation. Always encouraging and always knowledgeable explaining things every "step" of the way.

I just want to send a special thank you to Aviator Home Health and their therapists, Shaun and Janay, who assisted me with my post op therapy. Both did a fantastic job of helping me get better as I recover from hip replacement surgery. They are very knowledgeable and conscientious therapists. I never felt rushed or uncomfortable in any way. They always greeted me with smiles and a great attitude. I could see and feel my progress each week, so I'm thankful for their efforts. I recommend Aviator and these two sharp individuals to anyone seeking great physical therapy.

I am so very glad that I chose Aviator for my physical therapy after my hip replacement!! Morgan and Janay are fabulous! Morgan did my assessments thoroughly, knowledgeably, and with a spirit of grace. I am so grateful for Janay - She let me find ways to make the exercises more fun like using my music and make doing the Two-Step to some of my favorite songs part of my PT. Her expertise, encouragement, kindness, and true caring made my life better. I’m walking better than before my surgery after just five weeks! Such a blessing in my life! Thank you so much!!
- Sandi M.
I have heard so many positive outcomes with this home health! Patients and family members have raved and raved regarding the care they get, the connection they have with the nurses,
Aids and therapist! I would highly recommend this home health service!
- Roxy C.
Aviator was chosen for me and came to my apartment twice a week for six weeks immediately following total hip replacement surgery. My interactions and care from both Jaime and Cassi were awesome! I cannot say enough good things about them on a multitude of levels. Thank you from Greg M in Frisco

I cannot begin to express my gratitude to Aviator and their crew. Each and every person I have interacted with has been passionate, professional, (extremely) knowledgeable and caring. I trust them completely with my on-going therapy and will continue to work with them. (P.S. I NEVER write reviews but I feel so strongly about this company that I everyone to know about the incredible work they do!)

I have just finished 6 week PT therapy with Aviator for a Total Knee Replacement. My husband and I commend Dan and Jennifer for their professionalism and knowledge. They both were a pleasure to work with. I have progressed very well and do not believe it would have been possible without their direction. Husband said that Jennifer should get a raise!!

I highly recommend Aviator Home Health and give them 5 STARS! I experienced excellent care from their physical therapist and nurse following my total knee replacement on March 20, 2017. A treatment program was put together just for me which got me ahead of schedule in my recovery. I truly benefitted from their manual therapy on my knee also. This for sure got me to my goal faster than expected. I'm now 16 weeks post op and my right knee is doing great. On July 7, 2017 I had a triple arthrodesis surgery done on my left ankle/foot. I am now 6 weeks non-weight bearing. Once I become weight bearing Aviator Home Health will be my choice for my physical therapy. I have all the confidence in their PT's and their knowledge that I know my expectations and goals of rehabbing my ankle/foot will be met. If it wasn't for their professional care and compassion for my well being I would not be where I am today. I would highly recommend Aviator Home Health for anyone who may need physical therapy, nursing care or any of the other services they offer.
Thank you Aviator!!! You're the best!!!
